The Thought Resolution Protocol (TRP) Advanced Training Program

The Thought Resolution Protocol™ (TRP™) is a rigorous, data-driven specialization course focusing on objective communication dynamics, syntax, and behavioral micro-cues. This intensive program bridges strict verbal and non-verbal observation with structured, mechanical dispute resolution.

- TMCA Approved: Formally approved by the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association.
- Texas State Bar Accredited: Fully accredited by the State Bar of Texas for professional Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits.
📅 Course Structure & Requirements
- Format: 80 Video Classroom Hours (Live, Interactive Zoom/Digital Classroom).
- Materials: All core curriculum resources, technical guides, and TRP™ reading materials are fully provided by TRUCE.
- Mandatory Technical Needs: Students must have immediate, daily access to a computer with audio/ video camera capabilities, wi-fi and a functioning printer to promptly receive, print, compile, and return essential course data and operational records.
💰 Enrollment Tracks & Financial Structures
To accommodate regional research goals and independent practitioners, applicants are processed under one of three distinct tracks:
Category A: Texas Certified Family Mediator
- Residency: Must live within a 100-mile radius of a Texas Hub (Dallas, Austin, Lubbock, Houston, Tyler, or San Antonio).
- Prerequisite: Must already possess a valid Texas Family Mediation Certificate.
- Financials: $750.00 Compliance Deposit (Fully or partially refundable based on performance, requests for additional services and attendance).
Category B: Standard Texas Mediator
- Residency: Must live within a 100-mile radius of a Texas Hub (Dallas, Austin, Lubbock, Houston, Tyler, or San Antonio).
- Prerequisite: General mediator (Does not possess a Texas Family Mediation Certificate and/or does not possess a 40 Hour Basic Mediation Certificate meeting Texas State standards).
- Financials: $1,000.00 Compliance Deposit (Fully or partially refundable based on performance, request for additional services and attendance).
Category C: Independent / Out-of-Region Student
- Residency: Domiciled outside our 100-mile Texas regional perimeters.
- Prerequisite: None. Seeks baseline TRP methodology training for their independent practice.
- Financials: $1,500.00 Flat Tuition Fee.
- ✨ Performance Incentive: Category C students are eligible for up to a $500.00 refund at the end of the course if they complete the entire program with zero structural rule violations or behavioral warnings or additional services requests.
- Seat Cap: Strictly limited to a maximum of three (3) Category C applicants. Structural placement in the clinical trial is not available for this track.
⚠️ Strict Accountability & Behavioral Policies
TRUCE runs a distraction-free, high-accountability classroom environment. The following rules are strictly enforced for all applicant categories:
- The 3-Day Withdrawal Forfeiture Rule: If an applicant in any category (A, B, or C) voluntarily withdraws or drops out of the program at any point more than 3 days after the course commences, all funds—including the entire deposit or tuition fee—are instantly and completely forfeited to the firm, regardless of the reason, except Force Majeure (must be documented). A student that withdraws at any point after the 3 days is provided to register for a subsequent TRP™ training session. A withdrawal at any point upon registering in the subsequent TRP™ training session results in complete forfeiture of the registration fees.
- Zero-Tolerance Expulsion Policy: TRUCE maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy for behavioral disruptions. Any student deemed disruptive to the learning environment, instructional staff, or fellow peers will be immediately expelled from the course with total forfeiture of all deposits or tuition payments. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances following an expulsion for cause.
🚀 The Advanced Career Pipeline (Categories A & B)
Successful completion of the TRP™ training program unlocks access to a fully funded professional track within our Texas research network:
- Complimentary M.I.N.D. Training: Graduate the TRP™ course with an 85% combined evaluation score and receive a free invitation to learn how to operate the M.I.N.D. (Mediation Intervention Neutrality Device) edge-computing hardware. No added tuition or deposit required.
- TMRP Clinical Trial Placement: Upon mastering the M.I.N.D. hardware, you will be invited to join the Texas Mediation Research Project (TMRP) 36-Month Clinical Trial. You will mediate live, court-referred cases at a local TMRP research facility, operating formally as a credentialed TRP™ Mediator.
- Premium Compensation: Mediators accepted into the clinical trial are compensated at a professional flat rate of $900.00 per the clinical trial case completed.
📋 Internal Placement Policy & Professional Independence
- Roster Placement: Successful graduation qualifies you for potential roster placement on other internal TRUCE commercial, corporate, and private mediation opportunities as they arise. TRUCE does not guarantee automated assignments to any graduate; we retain the right to utilize the graduates who best meet active project demands and the specific needs of our clients.
- Absolute Autonomy: Nothing in our training program or research protocol restricts or prohibits a graduate from actively seeking, accepting, or conducting independent mediation work outside of TRUCE. You retain 100% control over your private practice.
